The wedding day is one of the most important events of our lives. Besides the love and promise of a lifetime, it is our chance to invite the special people in our lives to celebrate with us. The creation of this event really reflects who we are, from the venue we chose to the place cards for our guests. So much thought and planning goes into the ceremony, invitations, flower arrangements, food choices, décor, music, and the family and friends we invite. This day is preserved in photographs and video for us forever. It is a very special honor to be entrusted to preserve this memorable day.

As a still photographer in my early twenty’s, taking glamour portraits was my favorite kind of work. That developed into a love of capturing clothing and jewelry when I started shooting broadcast videos of fashion shows. Having brides, with their amazing gowns, veils, jewelry, makeup, and hairstyles is the pinnacle of that kind of work especially when you add in the gorgeous dresses of the bridesmaids. I often find the dress and look of the guests are quite spectacular also.

I developed a love of capturing fabulous architecture, gardens and grounds from the work I did for the Comcast “Luxury Homes of the Northeast” show. Whenever possible I like to go to the venue the day before and spend some peaceful time gathering images of the venue itself. I get a sense of what to expect on that special day and acquaint myself with the possibilities.

When I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area I was the lead camera for an entertainment/news show that specialized in restaurants, and wineries. As a result I was able to capture the great chefs of the Bay Area and their spectacular food presentations. Capturing the beauty of the food, and drink presentations at events is something I really enjoy.

My approach to video and film combines many years of experience in the creative art of filming and producing weddings and events. My equipment reflects my desire for perfection. I keep abreast of the newest and finest technologies available. I pay passionate attention to detail and have the sincere desire to offer the bride and groom the best experience possible. I attempt to be as discreet as possible while still capturing the precious moments.
